About Us

As coaching colleagues, we often felt that something was missing from our professional lives. Through our conversations about what would bring greater fulfilment, we realized that we were seeking deeper professional connection. This curiosity led us to explore the broader coaching community, particularly examining coaches’ perceptions of supervision—where the power lies and how they engage with it. Given the increasing complexity and uncertainty in the world, both for us and our clients, we saw an even greater need for connection and professional support. This inspired the creation of our Co-Creative Supervision Groups. Led by PJO Associates, we bring a combined 60 years of integrated coaching experience - having worked with thousands of coaching clients, along with an additional decade dedicated to training, developing, and supervising Coaching Practitioners. Ongoing supervision has always been a core part of our coaching practice and continues to shape our evolving expertise as supervisors. We deeply value a
relational approach, fostering meaningful connections with both clients and colleagues.
